Bernera Farmhouse: Booking Information
The Farmhouse is available throughout the year for seven day and shorter breaks. Linen, towels, and electricity are included in the price. It is available from 242 to 720 UK pounds per week. Half the rent is payable on booking as a non-returnable deposit and the other half is due 6 weeks before arrival. The rental includes all bedding, towels, electricity and solid fuel, but central heating oil will be charged at cost, (currently 40p a litre) so an additional £15 fuel deposit will be required with the balance returned after your stay.
The rental period is normally from the Saturday to Saturday, the check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.
